How many miles on the truck since installation? Any problems? How was the fitment?

I don't mind the $369 for the U.S. Radiator one mgbmike lists and its local to me, but IF (and it's a big "if") I can get one for $200 less AND it works, why not? There are plenty of other uses for that $200 on my truck, unfortunately.
