I had good luck with one I made. I took a older flat head screw driver and ground it down to make it "fatter" then I took a bit off the sides to make sure it fit in the screw head. I knew that they were in there for a while so I used a bit of heat and let them cool a bit. I did not have one refuse to come out.
Take it slow, make sure you have good grip and you should be ok..
Oh as to your original question, I have no idea where to get the right tool for these things.
