First go buy a TDC locater one that screws into the #1 plug hole find tdc and then scribe a line on the balancer that lines up with the pointer at (0).
Make sure your are on the compression stroke not exhaust. Thats it your done. There are different ways to do this but this is the easy way for a stocker motor.
