Your truck looks great with the 255/70's on it now. However if you went to a 275/60R15 on the back it would be 27.98 inches high and would fit great on on a 8 inch Rally. The 225/75 you have on the front now are 28.28 inches high which is close to the 27.98 height of the 275/60 so you could have the level look you want but you would need to find a 15 x 7 inch rally for the 225 tire. I also think this would be the cheapest way for your accomplish what you want to do.
