I have a neighbor that supplements his income from scrapping. The only problem is that we live in a multifamily residential neighborhood. I own a two family home that after years of work and over $100,000 out of pocket cash infusion, I can finally rent. The scrapping neighbor was clueless to the noise and general atmosphere he created from his hobby/second job. He would be outside or in his garage all hours day and night and all day on weekends grinding, cutting and banging metal around. This did not make for a favorable atmosphere inside my home.
