If the engine and transmission are in good shape, buy it and then worry about getting the required parts.

Some things that come to mind along with rear crossmember, is automatic transmission linkage, radiator for automatic transmission, engine mount towers for V8, the automatic steering column. Could be more parts. I got all of mine from a donor truck.
