I have heard elsewhere on this forum, that the Summit intakes are made by Holley/Weiand. That said, I have no idea if they are cast over seas or not.

When looking for a set of the L31 Vortec heads, be sure the last 3 of the casting number is either 062 or 906. Here is a good description of the L31 Vortec heads.
