In all honesty , If you engine has those specs ( 390hp/445ft/lbs 383 SBC ) dumping the clutch would never need to happen .

The weak link in the 14 bolt (at least for me ) is the spider gears . Bombed two sets in a dedicated mudder with a rock solid shifting 350 turbo .

If your in a 4x4 the front axle with be the next problem . Your going to need a good source for parts . in 3 years I lost 3 inner shafts and 5 outer shafts . Spiders exploded . Strangely enough I never lost a driveshaft U joint .
