Those Taylor wires with those large robotic style boots aren't helping you either. I've run these wires before. Going with wires that have your standard 90 degree smooth boot will give you another 1/4" of clearance.
From there it's either, dent the tube more, run a protective boot along with a short amount of header wrap in that area, a different strategy on you plug wire routing (factory looms that route under the headers and along the block and up the back side of the heads at the bellhousing area works nicely and really cleans up the engine bay, these looms are reproduced now) or go with a different brand of header that fits a little better.
I ran Hedman headers on my 350 blazer 4x4 and never had an issue with plug wire clearance.
