The people above think you are asking where the center caps come from, not the wheels.

The wheels are aftermarket wheels, very popular in the late 70's and 80's, a lot of different manufacturers. The wheels you have to appear to be tapped for the Chevy center caps. The comment on the two closed ones simply means you will want two open for the front, so your hubs can pass through, and two closed for the back with the logos on them.
