Shawn I have some old shades at the house you can have, or have the clips off of them if that's what you need? I'll get dad to take a picture, post for you and I'll send them your way if you can use them.

I took them off my old red doors that came with my stepper. Dad cleaned them up, and I know for 99% sure we still have them in the garage. they have been around for a while, but they are still in good shape.
