Yes on the 67-68 hub adapter.
(the horn kits are all the same)

The 67-68 camaros had the ignition switch in the dash, like our trucks,... so the column is approximately the same diameter.
If you buy the 69-70 hub adapter it will be a larger diameter, since these cars had a larger diameter steering column, because their ignition switch was in the column.
