Was the "MF 19800" all you found on the front pad? Could the MF have been after the numbers?

There should be more numbers on the rear of the block behind the drivers side head. This is the casting number of the block. That will give a basic range of what size engines that block was used for. I think you need to look a little farther down towards the outside of the truck.
