Hello everyone... I have a dilemma and need help, I have a 1969 c10 with a six lug leaf spring rear end, my rear end housing is pretty rusted and pitted... I wanted to convert the rear end over to five lugs because it is a posi rear end with 3.73 gears which is exactly what I wanted to run, my question is... can I pull out the posi unit and gears and get a newer rear end and install it into that rear end and into my truck? can anyone give me some insight on the matter and point me in the right direction please???
