Well, with 6" springs you are gonna have a truck that is lifted 8 inches. The frames on 1 tons are 2" thicker than 1/2 and 3/4 tons. So for one, a 315/70/16 isn't even a 35, in less you meant a 315/75, which is basically a 35" tire. But if you want a tall skinny tire, I'd go with a Q78/16. They are little over or little under 36" can't remember. They are skinny, calls for a 7" IIRC. But, you really should go wider as you get taller. It will be more stable on the road when some jackwagon pulls out in front of you and you swerve from running him over. Also on the trail if you go on any angles. Steel is always gonna be stronger than aluminum.




I know it's not the same style truck, but this had 36s on 8" wheels, roughly 6" of lift. ( I miss that truck )
