The paint shop should have known that the interior was a different code than the exterior but that is easy to say. I'm pretty sure if pressed for a FORD code I might be close at best. :-)
The cart clip gives the Ditzler interior color paint code. They should be able to mix to that. If the senior guy at the store can't, ask him to try Ditzler's tech line with the
43687 code. Your plate is faded to some extent and age discolored. Plus if they were trying to make the exterior code match your interior sample someone was surely going WTF????
The dark forward dash green is a deeper, flat color that is apparent when you pull the pad and see the color change line at the clip holes.
AA codes are a "work in progress". Likely its going to end up being a "pay per review" SPID service subject to demand.
