Thanks for the replies, I feel better now that other people are having similar issues and it wasn't as straight forward as the other threads made it seem. I do agree with you guys in that I should trim the support bracket, however the truck itself is not an ideal location relative to my garage, haha. So it would be easier for me to take the gear box off and grind it, but do you think I will do any damage to the gear box if I shave it down?
