Replaced a lot of wheel studs in the shop. Back in the day we had access to studs with over-sized shoulders for this purpose. Drill over size, press in the stud, and swedge in the press to hold it in. Not sure of availability now. Like was said above, a replacement hub and drum may be your best option.
