Re: Repaint or Bedline?

Depends. Is your truck bed damaged, dinged, rusted?

If it just needs painting, I bought a quart of Rustoleum black paint and rolled it on. It hardens after it dries and sits in the sun. I don't do a lot of hauling but it has held up well in the last couple of years. If it gets faded or dinged, I just give it another coat. There are other paints that are as good or better.

Problem with the spray or roll on lining stuff is that if it cracks moisture gets under it and it's not noticeable until rust sets in. I've seen it. Also if you ever want to get rid of it, it's almost impossible to remove. Paint you can just sand blast it or repaint it.
