A Jeep Wrangler 4 door with a 5.7L Hemi swap? That pretty much covers all the bases. Though you may not need the V8 swap depending how large/heavy your boat is.

A 4x4 Suburban fits the bill pretty well, except the convertible part. Maybe a couple of added sun roofs would suffice?
