I think you'd be fine with a blazer as long as you had good tires and drove carefully when it came to winter. You wouldn't have 4 doors, but you could hop up and in with the top off in the summer (which is when you'd have people on the boat anyway). 4wd would make it even better in the snow. That is if you want a bit more of a style factor. Otherwise the Tahoe would be my suggestion as well.
