i've never seen a rotisserie used for a truck cab.
i just rolled mine on it's back or firewall to get at the bottom.
i rolled it on to cardboard and a blanket, never scratched or dented it.
i kept the cab on a roll around dolly i made.
i'd think a rotisserie would be a hindrance for working on a cab.
