Yes he media blasts the tins and rebuilds them so they are, I would think , better detailed than they left the factory. I havent insyalled mine yet but it looks brand new and Paul included the tach harnes and speed warning wire with it. I just looked and if you go to the Parts For Sale ( Page 2) section now another member VA72C10 has some dashes for sale and he does a pro job as well.
