I'll take a guess.

I believe the 67s and 68s had the jack and tools stored under the seat. The bracket bolted to the floor on the hump would have had a spring with a large ring attached to secure the jack to the floor. The other brackets probably were to secure the tools. 69 and up had the tools in the right cab corner and the jack on the floor beside the gas tank.

What year is your truck?
