If there is no body damage you should be able to have the frame fixed pretty reasonably. This truck pic'd was rearended 3 times, had two different beds and 3 different tail gates before I owned it. The body lines were off from body to cab so I had the frame checked, measured and straightened. Initial set up and measure cost me $50 and the actual straightening of the frame cost me $250. They also unbolted and realigned the bed once the frame was straightened.
