Si nce you have new seals I would pull out the center bead of the rubber that holds the rubber tight on the pinchweld. After that you should be able to walk the window right out of its opening really easy. If it is stubborn as they can be some times take a razor knife and go around the rubber where the locking bead was and cut the rubber away then there wont be anything but gravity holding it then.
