Back in the day, we would bring the wire in from the bottom and wrap a piece of plastic vapor-barrier sheet around the speaker before we put it in the door. It works pretty well. But now you can get marine grade speakers that are nice thanks to the wakeboard crowd. That is what I would do. You aren't cutting up nice doors to add speakers are you?
