Don't forget roof, pillars, and underneath the bottom of the cab and the outside of the firewall. Done with a quality company like Cascade Audio or Sound Deadener Showdown, it gets expensive fast. Most people don't want to stop at just sound, they like to throw down some of that ceramic based lizard skin (or the like) for reduced heat inside the cab as well.
