I have never seen them before. I think it would be easy to make something like that. Even easier to start with the male clip from a seat belt and make something that would work with a cut here and a weld there.

The other thing I have seen is from a blazer. If you didn't order the console you got some plastic buckle keepers that srew to the seat frame.
