Thanks for the compliments! With a parchment interior (seat, door panels, visors, headliner, console) GM could have added the dash pad/column/wheel/carpet in either black or saddle with seat belts that were saddle (if saddle dash, etc.) or black or white (if black dash, etc). Glove box doors on the Chevy Supers were either painted to match the dash or black (like mine).

Edit: All tilt columns were black so if your truck had a tilt your wheel would be black to match the column. If no tilt, the column/wheel in a parchment truck could be saddle or black to match the dash pad. Also, IIRC the paint atop the dash matches the dash pad so would be a flat back if a black pad or flat saddle if a saddle pad.
