Yes, that is all correct, the cable runs through the tab that is welded to the special manual throttle only pedal rod. I think that we have some side by comparison pics of the 71 and 72 setups removed. Just as an fyi and only if you were talking about a 71 or 72 setup, in my opinion your offer is a touch light. Mel
