That Blazer is highly unusual,and not the way it would have been built,from what I know. The CST option would have included chrome hubcaps.
Another little factoid correction,on C/K 10-30 series the painted steel hubcaps were used through '75. 1976 was the first year for the new design polished aluminum caps,which proved to be the last hubcaps offered by GM.
Your wheels would have been white and so were the hubcaps. These are hubcaps we're talking about,also called dog dish or poverty caps. Then,there are wheel covers I guess people refer to all as hubcaps,but that's inaccurate. They also say "full wheelcovers". It's just too dang simple for all that. Hubcaps cap the hub and wheel covers cover the wheel. All wheel covers are "full".
