I say with trim. It is worth it to have on the truck. I did mine a few years ago and it was well worth it.
I'll give you a secret for the install that I learned. It worked great for me.
I build golf carts all the time for people and though I'm not a restorer I do have to do the trim on them.
Get a big Kerosene heater and get it going have a big metal pot that will sit on top of it and fill with water and the gasket. Just as the water starts boiling good take it off and let it cool to the point of handling it. Put the trim in place and the glass and u should have a nice install.

After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
