I can't get my windshield wipers to work. This is a 72. There's a red wire under the dash with a funky black plug. When I connect the red wire the fluid pump works. I found the wiper switch to be unplugged. I plugged it up, pushing the button in for the fluid thing makes a noise. Moving the switch to any of the positions doesn't do anything. The wiper motor itself looks to be plugged up right. Anyway to test the switch or what should I be looking at?

Also, the heater control lever broke, anyone know a source for these?
