Exactly what method would you plan to use to get the 4.75 pattern ?
Every 2wd GM truck made from 1971-1998 used 5x5 pattern. I'm speaking of common bolt pattern parts that can be bought at any parts store in America.
4.75 on a pickup is getting out of the realm of mainstream parts.
