I have only had one item get crushed by UPS. It was a custom headliner I did for a guy in CA. UPS requested me file a claim and send them a copy of my invoice to him. The customer sent me a digital pic to prove it was damaged. I sent him another one at my own cost. Luckily the package was insured to cover all expenses. He was happy, I was happy!.
