I'm guessing you're asking me. If not, just ignore this . The wheels in that picture are, 15x8 rear and 15x6.5 front. Tires are 275/60/15 rear and 235/70/15 front. Zero rubbing with the 15's.
Depends on what "still use it as a truck" means. Would I want to haul a load of rock? No. About the heaviest thing I've ever hauled in the bed since lowering it, Was a complete big block chevy engine I picked up for a friend before I painted it. I have no idea what one weighs, but it did ok.
I'm not sure on the exact amount of suspension travel. Mine has a c-notch, so it has a little more. I would guess that with the notch there is 6" or so.
All things considered, these trucks with a 4/6 drop are VERY drivable in my opinion.
