Red,
Cheyenne Super (not Super Cheyenne, as the seller calls it) includes the following items over and above what came on the Cheyenne:
- woodgrain instrument bezel
- aluminum trim and woodgrain glove box door with Cheyenne Super emblem on it
- slip-on tailgate handle cover (72) / chrome tailgate handle (71)
- blue, olive, or parchment custom cloth bench (vinyl color + black houndstooth) (buckets not available with houndstooth, only vinyl)
- stainless upper side body molding
- chrome hubcaps (PO3)
- Super nameplate, left justified under the Cheyenne nameplate on the fender
Dead giveaways for fakes that are often overlooked:
- missing chrome or bright slip-on tailgate handle
- mis-aligned Super emblems
- woodgrain on the glovebox (applied), but without the aluminum insert under it
- black vice woodgrain instrument bezel
- no such thing as a woodgrain ashtray!
And others - that let you know the truck that it started with was not even Cheyenne trim level:
- missing woodgrain door panels
- missing headliner
- missing carpet
- black (vice woodgrain) lower body moldings
- missing brake and gas pedal bright trim
- missing cargo light
What you're doing is GREAT! I added some nice-to-haves to my truck also: factory AM/FM, tach, vac, just to start. More to follow. However, I'm not selling it as a "100% matching numbers" truck (actually not selling it at all

), I'm just enjoying it just like you and many other folks on here. This IS clearly a beautiful truck that anyone would love to have, no argument there. No point arguing price, it's worth that amount if someone is willing to pay it. HOWEVER, I have a huge issue with someone stating 100% matching numbers on stuff when it's been faked. I believe this one has been, and Tim is spot on that it's important to confirm the reliability of the seller's claims on this truck - or any truck that brings this kind of money. For all we know, the seller will have a build sheet that confirms all his claims. If that were the case, this baby would only need some vinyl bucket covers, to lose a few things, and a correct color/two-tone style paint job - and a redo SPID from Chipflyer to be HUGE. She's a beaut, but I get real Sherlock Holmes-like when someone asks that much and claims 100% matching numbers. Here's a brochure pic to explain the trim levels better than I can (1st 2 are for 72, 2nd 2 are for 71):
