Well the website specified that these would work with angled heads. They do not! I had my #5 plug almost touch the header tube, all other plugs cleared fine. They do however clear the Z bar for you manual guys and they will work on 4x4s. So if you have straight heads unlike me your good to go... 
Anyway they have not been ran, they have only been used for mock up. Comes with intructions, hardware, and connectors.

Just bought the 371 version for greater clearance for my 5.5 front drop. Description says fits Most angle-plug heads and I have angled so cross your fingers. I wish I needed these.
