Pretty straight forward actually from the information given.
An uplevel interior in blue cloth that would have matched the door panels was in it originally. That Highlander plaid seat was added and they were a 72 only (well actually they were offered in 73 as well..).
The 292 and power steering are clearly options and very period.
It looks like the wood bed is listed on your difficult to read SPID it would be E81 Floor Board.
The D89 pinstripe is listed on a lot of trucks but they have faded away with the years and repaints. If you want more just do a site search for "D89". The G60 Aux Spring was in this case a quarter eliptical helper spring bearing against the trailing arm, again not an unusual option. The coils are not listed because they are standard. Leafs are listed as option on trucks so equipped. If you read through ads for the trucks you will see time and time again GMC touting coils with optional leaf springs. True you see more with leafs but I have yet to see a GMC with coils listed on the SPID.
