As far as posting a link in a post, just go to the thread you want to link in your post, put your mouse cursor in the location window (that's the one that starts with the
http://www) and click the RIGHT mouse button once. The window should turn blue and a small window will pop up. Click on COPY in that window. Now start your post in the thread you want the link posted in and click your RIGHT mouse button in the message window. Click on PASTE and the link will be inserted into your post. Just be sure there is a blank space before and after the inserted link.
It sounds a little intimidating but once you do it you will see it is really easy....
