I know this is a little bit older, but it have what you are looking for. Well part of it. I have the hotchkis front 6 piston calipers and 14" slotted and drilled rotors the other member talked about for the front, but I also have the rear set that he sent you the link too. The only difference is that mine have red powder coated calipers and black drilled and slotted rotors. I was building a pro-touring truck and I got I to an accident and I'm about to part out the project. Both sets are new, never used. I just mocked the fronts up.
