Mea Culpa Leon. I started it and I apologize for any hurt feelings and for the hijack of the thread.
juddss, I'v often thought that you could use JB-weld and small pieces of thin sheet metal mounted to the rear side of the hole. If you use very little JB-weld you can spot paint the front and hide it pretty well.
