Steve, looks to be very similar to the choke assembly in my pic other than the housing on mine is more square where your housing pictured seems more rounded. Not sure if that would be an issue or not, don't think it would but ??
If you think it will work I will drill or chisel the screw out tomorrow since it is rusted tight and post more pics of it removed it wanted. Let me know,
