Cooper's right.Go to the DMV or whatever it is in MN and see about getting the owner's name. In TX its a form you can download. You can also research bonded titles, mechanic's, etc. liens, and so on. You may be able to store it for a while and do a storage lien. Supposed to be simpler than a bonded title.
It makes zero difference how its done in the other 49 states.
