I have a good drivers side PTO for an SM465 transmission, this is the extended shaft unit and comes with in cab controls, the cables are a little over 10 foot long so there's plenty to work with. I also have a good hydraulic pump and PTO shaft if you want to pay shipping they can go with it. This unit came off a good working 72 C3500 with a 12 ft hoist bed. 125.00 plus shipping
