I think somebody must have already swapped jeffs truck out to the newer 73-87 style. They use the wedge brakes. The spindle will be a direct swap. Did you get the calipers with them or no? The wedge calipers are only like $30 change at auto zone. The brake lines I used were like $18 apiece.
