The top coil holder bolt wants to spin on me. The frame rail top has the bed wood directly on top of it, so I am assuming that the nut is actually inside of the frame rail, as well I'd assume it should have been welded in place? Anyone ever had this issue and a solution?

Duh... when I reached around the inside of the frame rail I felt a wall so I assumed it was a complete boxed frame rail. But no, it is not - there is some bracing that boxes the frame right where the coils mount, but a wrench can be snuck in from the front or back to hold the nut.
