My .02 it looks to me like it's worth the asking price. From the overall look, it appears that it hasn't been abused. Go meet the guy with cash in hand, and you could probably get it for 2k, and the seller will feel good about it. Use the "won't stay running" to your advantage, and be ready to haul it away right the, 1500 may anger him into not negotiating. How many miles are on the odometer? Keep in mind, the wide open spaces there so the miles are mostly highway. That bed is in great shape BTW.
