Just goes to show that it really isn't " sold until money is in hand!" I've backed off on buying this twice now and here someone else has (again) stepped up.
If this latest transaction falls through like the other two, I'll buy it AND I'll drive down and pick it up.
It if doesn't, I hope the buyer gets decades of use out of it.
